Please read this User Agreement and our Privacy Policy, as use of the CuriousChild.com indicates your agreement to the contents of both. If you do not agree to their contents please do not use this site or download any materials and information.

CuriousChild.com is owned and operated by Curious Child Ltd.
Payment
Payment on the site is carried out by credit card via the secure and popular PayPal.com therefore your credit card details are never in our hands. (Learn about purchasing via the secure PayPal.com site).
Curious Child will never ask you to transmit on the company site, by mail, telephone or any other means of communication your credit card details including credit card number.
If you do not have access to internet or a credit card number you pay transfer payment to us via Western Union. Please contact us by email at Service@CuriousChild.com to coordinate the transfer details.
Refund
We are certain that you will be satisfied with our original products however if you wish to return them, within 30 days of receipt of the products, we will refund you 100% of the cost not including delivery fees.
When the product reaches our address undamaged and in its original packaging we will refund the payment for the product that you purchased with no questions asked.
We do not refund money for an order for a custom-made product, for instance, a picture of your children, personal engraving on a pendant etc unless they are damaged in which case they will be replaced.
Delivery
Our products will reach you packaged with care in order to safeguard the product in excellent condition without damage during delivery. Read more about our packaging policy – here.
You may choose your preferred method of delivery from a number of options: EMS, FedEx and DHL.
After receipt of your order and creation of the product for you we will send you the product together with a tracking number.

Customs and VAT
There are rules and regulations in various countries regarding transfer of goods.
We supply you with all the information necessary regarding the packaging of the product so that the product you ordered will reach you quickly without delays by the customs and VAT authorities.
Please read this information carefully in order to understand the tax issues in your country.
Customs: Customers from the United States, Canada, The European Union (Austria, Italy, Ireland, Estonia, Bulgaria, Belgium, Great Britain, Germany, Denmark, Holland, Hungary, Greece, Luxembourg, Lita, Latvia, Malta, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Poland, Portugal, Finland, The Czech Republic, France, Cyprus, Romania, Sweden), EFTA (Iceland, Lichtenstein, Norway, Switzerland) and Tax Exempt. If you order products to one of these countries will not be asked to pay tax.
It is possible that if you are a resident of any other country you may be asked by the tax authorities to pay tax.
VAT: The price that you pay for our products does not include VAT.

Indemnification
You hereby undertake to indemnify Curious Child Ltd for any damage, loss, loss of profit, payment or expenses that shall be caused, including attorney and legal fees, for breach of any of the Terms of Use.
Jurisdiction
Only the Laws of Israel shall be imposed on this agreement however the international laws determined within it shall not be applicable.
Any conflict that shall arise between the parties including conflict regarding these Terms of Use, including shipping, payments, refunds, compensation shall be under the exclusive jurisdiction of the authorized court of the district of Tel Aviv in Israel.
This site should be used in good faith. Any attempt to cause damage to this site or to Curious Child Ltd is a breach of the Terms of Use.
