2. Enter the tracking number you received by email.

The system will inform you the status and location of your delivery.

What should you do if you have not received a tracking number?
We may still be processing your order and the product has still not been sent to you. As soon as we deliver the package to the post office you will receive a notice to the email you provided us with notifying you that the package has been sent and the tracking number.
