Sending options

To have a gift certificate immediately delivered by email, choose "Email only."

To have a gift certificate printed and shipped (for an extra five dollars), choose "Mail only (+$5.00)."

For both options, choose "Both email and mail (+$5.00)." Note that the online certificate will be delivered first.
