> We will send you a business and financial plan detailing the allocation of the donation with full transparency. > You will be sent ongoing data at your request regarding how the funds are being utilized and the results of the investment for at least one year. > For donations of over $20,000 the family will hold a meeting with you at your convenience.

Use of Donation: > Distribution of The magic of childhood™ worldwide.
Our obligation to you: > We shall determine together the objectives of the donation and allocation of the capital. > We will send you a detailed business and financial plan for you to study and for your approval before execution. > Full transparency of the financial and business activity of your donation and of the financial and business result for at least 5 years. > We will hold at least three meetings between yourself and the family at a location of your choice and at your request.

Clarification: For donations over $500 we will send a report regarding the allocation of the donation. In no event shall the donations or part of them be used for different objectives except for Service Donations whereby the company invests the funds in their ongoing activity according to its business requirements. The donations shall not finance any advertising for the company and its products. The donations shall not be utilized for salaries of shareholders, managers and employees of the company or their families. At the request of the donor his/her identify shall be kept completely confidential. (Donations may also be made anonymously). The contributions are deposited in a limited commercial company account (not a foundation) supervised by an accountant.
