Shipping

After adding the products to the cart and pressing the "Continue" button you will be asked to choose your preferred method of shipping from the available options:
1. EMS – Express Mail International – express airmail via the post office (usually delivered within 5-12 days)
2. FEDEX/DHL – Express mail door to door (usually delivered within 3-5 days).
We will provide you with a tracking number to enable you to track your package as soon as it leaves for your destination. (Learn more about the tracking number  - here).

How long will the package take to reach me?
The accumulated arrival time for your package depends on two factors:
Processing time for the product (from immediate and up to several days – depending on the product)
Delivery time (between 3 and 12 days – depending on the shipping method)
Together these will give you the accumulated time (see the formula demonstration)

Processing time + shipping time = total delivery time

Notwithstanding our efforts to ensure that you receive your package on time there may be delays that are not under our control and depend on the authorities in your country.

Packaging
The products that you order will reach you packaged meticulously and protected from breaks and damages.
We only use the best quality boxes and packaging materials.
We try to use materials that are environmentally friendly as much as possible. We never use fiberglass which is harmful to the environment.
