Returns

We are sure that you will be happy with our original products however if you decide to return them, within 30 days of receipt of the product, we will refund you 100% of the cost not including shipping fees.

We DO NOT refund funds for order of a customized product, for instance a picture of your child, personal engraving on a pendant etc unless they are damaged in which case we will replace them.
