Who are you?
Curious Child is a brand name company which focuses on the child. Our customers see the child's characteristics and behaviors as a model for imitation and a source of inspiration and wonder.

How can I contact you?
On the Contact page you will be able to contact us by email, telephone, fax or post. In order to receive a fast and to the point response we recommend using our Contact form or Email to Service@CuriousChild.com.
What types of artwork do you sell on the website?
Pictures: Drawings, illustrations, comics etc by hand, photographs, drawings and digital illustrations – all of children on canvas, posters, photocopying paper, glass and more, including a variety of frames.
Statues of children of glass, silver, bronze, ceramics, stone and additional materials hand made or cast.
Movies, music and children's songs (in the future).
How long will the package take to reach me?
The accumulated arrival time for your package depends on two factors:
Processing time for the product (from immediate and up to several days – depending on the product)
Delivery time (between 3 and 12 days – depending on the shipping method)
Together these will give you the accumulated time (see the formula demonstration)
Processing time + shipping time = total delivery time
The product was damaged during shipping, what should I do?
The products that you order will reach you packaged meticulously and protected from breaks and damages.
We only use the best quality boxes and packaging materials.
If however the product was damaged during shipment please return it to us within 30 days to our address in its original packaging and we will replace it for you at no extra cost. If the product is a statue, of any type, please notify us first by email within 7 days of receipt regarding the damage as a result of shipment and send it to us within 14 days in its original packaging.
Can I return the product and get a refund?
We are certain that you will be satisfied with our original products however if you wish to return them we will refund you the cost not including delivery fees.
Please ensure that you return the product within 30 days of receipt in its original packaging and we will refund the payment for the product that you purchased with no questions asked.

What will I receive if I register for your Newsletter?
You will receive useful and updated information regarding our campaigns, articles, books, movies and additional services, all focusing on the magic of childhood.
We will never share, transfer or sell your email address to any third party.
How can I get free shipping?
Easy: Just place an order of $150 or more with CuriousChild.com and your delivery will be FREE.
Orders are shipped via USPS to the US and via EMS to the European Union and East Asia.
